• Payment must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Merribee team

• Prices are for full hour blocks.

• Photographer not included.

• Times must be booked and arranged with prior approval.

• Payment must be received before arrival at Merribee.

• If you stay beyond the time that has been paid for you may be charged an additional fee of $200 on
top of the additional hourly rate.

• Please ensure that your photographer gathers consent forms for any person captured in the
background of any images.

• The prices quoted are not valid in December due to the Lavender Season. If you would like to have a
photoshoot in the lavender paddock during December, please let us know so we can price this
accordingly.
