What's on offer

Merribee has in excess of 20 "Botanical Rooms" for you to explore. Set on 7 acres, you'll find a vast display of plants and flowers, designed and planted over the past 22 years. There are in excess of 10,000 buxus (Boxwood) plants shaped into hedges - both straight and organic in shape, 600 rose bushes in bloom from September to June, a Heritage Rose Garden tracing the evolution of the rose from ancient times through to the David Austin "English Rose", and a Paddock of Lavender to wander through in December and early January. Our Hydrangea collection grows every year also with some very old Oakleaf and Paniculata varieties. There's even a tennis court for you to have a hit on should you feel so inclined. There are various pavilions to climb and from which you can look down on the gardens from different angles and interesting shaped animals for children to discover. Everyone receives a map upon arrival to help navigate!

We welcome dogs, but ask that they are on a lead throughout your visit.

Should you wish to stay overnight at Merribee, we have various accommodation available.
