Hi Lucy,

That was the most beautiful weekend we have ever had.  Merribee is so relaxing and the house has such a warm and cosie feel.  I just loved it and we got some great ideas for when we decide to renovate our kitchen/living area.  The bananas were so sweet and we cooked them on the outside fire place in the coals - yummy.  The garden was magnificent and the tennis court had a great work out.  I loved turning the outside lights on at night and we would sit on the verandah admiring the shadows and forms of the plants - a very special place you have created in a lovely part of the world.  Thank you so much to you and Richard and to Adam.

We had a great time at Merribee last weekend. The house is wonderful and the gardens fabulous. Both adults and children in our party loved the house and we are keen to use it again.
The general decor, range of kitchen equipment/utensils and level of cleanliness are admirable. The supply of firewood and access to the garden produce were much appreciated benefits.

All my friends adored the house (as I did) and appreciated all the additional touches (games room, outdoor fireplace, tennis court) so much. I don't think I've played that much tennis in a long time!!! Everything was amazing and I will definitely be back for another visit in the future!"

Thanks so much for sharing Merribee with us, we spent an absolutely magical weekend, cooking and eating in your wonderful kitchen, with herbs and fruit from the garden, golfing at three of the nearby courses, Nowra being the prettiest course we have played on and tennis and table tennis. Those cosy bunks in the studio are a joy to sleep on. We all agree that Numbaa House is by far the most welcoming and romantic retreat that our friends have stayed in over the almost 20 years of spending the June long weekend together.
